Activities
Morning Meditation and Mantra Chanting
Start each day with a peaceful meditation session followed by the soothing vibrations of mantra chanting. These practices will help you connect with your inner self and set a positive tone for the day.
Asana Practice
Daily yoga sessions will be conducted to enhance your physical strength and flexibility. Vrynda and Pedro will guide you through various asanas, focusing on alignment and breath.
This retreat is not just about physical practice; it’s a journey towards spiritual growth. You'll learn techniques to transform your habits and see your practice from a new perspective, both spiritually and physically.
Culinary Delights

Sample Schedule
Pre-yoga morning boost Herbal tea, coffee and nuts to gently wake up your senses.
8:00 AM - 8:40 AM Morning Meditation & Breathing: Begin with a peaceful meditation followed by breathing exercises to calm your mind and set a positive tone for the day.
9:00 AM - 10:30 AM Morning Yoga: Join a lively Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Rocket yoga session with a changing playlist to boost your energy and prepare you for the day ahead.
10:30 AM Post Morning Yoga brunch: Enjoy a tasty plant-based brunch made with fresh, local ingredients.
1:00 PM - 3:00 PM Optional Activities: Visit local markets and shops in Mazunte.- Take a private boat tour along the coast.- Relax on the beach or in the peaceful surroundings.
3:30 PM - 6:00 PM Afternoon Workshop: Special workshops with Pedro, guest teachers and I, like inversions, handstand and some special treats we are planning to do :)
6:30 - 7:30 PM Evening Practice: End your day with a calming meditation, yin yoga, Kirtan, or sharing circle as the sun sets.
7:30 PM Sunset Dinner: Enjoy a family-style dinner under the stars with Mexican-inspired dishes, prepared by our in-house chef.
Optional Evening / Afternoon Activities depending on the day - Bioluminescence night tour- Surf lessons- Dolphin-watching tour- Nature hike
