Every day brings a new and exciting challenge for the core, carefully designed to work and tone specific muscle groups, including the upper body, lower abs, obliques, back, and more. All workouts are recorded, and you'll have 24 hours to conquer each task; after this the whole challenge is done, you will have access to the whole library for a full year to repeat it through the year whenever you want an extra core boost. Join our awesome and varied 30-day yoga program designed to kickstart the year with vitality and balance! Each day, for 30 minutes, we will embark on a practice journey that spans from full-body strengtheners to deep stretches that will open your mind, providing you with peace, tranquility, and harmony.

This challenge is tailored for individuals of all levels, whether you are a beginner looking to explore the benefits of yoga or an experienced practitioner aiming for new milestones. Flexibility is key, so all sessions will be recorded and available online, allowing you to tailor your practice to your own schedule with a shorter time committment than most yoga practices of 60-90min. We will explore different styles and each day will be focused specially in one part of our bodies: hips, splits, backbends, arm balances, etc

FAQ

  • We’ll be exploring different styles like Rocket, Power, and Yin. But for the most part we will do Vinyasa flows and each day focused on a particular area of the body: Splits (ie hamstrings and inner thighs), hips, backbends, Power/Rocket, arm balances, and Sundays we will do a rest day or an optional Yin/Restorative class

  • Not at all! These 30min classes that you can do in the comfort of your own home will be perfect to start exploring yoga and different styles if you are a beginner.

  • That is great as well!! Anyone that knows Vrynda/Pedro’s yoga classes knows that we always include more advanced variations as optional in our flows. So no matter your level you will find a challenge. Also the nature of most poses is such that you can always go deeper independently of your level. And don’t forget, that the most important thing is the mental/internal side of yoga and that is always trained no matter what you are doing in or outside the mat!

  • Trust me, Vrynda and Pedro will make sure you are never bored through the 30 days ;) if anything in the last 3-4 weeks you will enjoy it a bit more since you won’t be dying as much in the sequences and you can then laugh at our bad jokes

  • We will be doing sequences of drills between 10-20mins (most around 15min) every day focusing on a different part of our core, divided into: Upper/lower core, side body, compression, back, and full body. Sundays will be rest day where you will have an optional Yin/Stretching class

  • NO! The sequences are meant to be challenging for everyone, no matter the level, but always equally accessible for all! For those drills that are particularly more advanced, we will always give easier variations for those that find them too hard. At the same time, most drills have ways to make them more challenging for those more advanced!

  • Both. The challenge is designed to make you super strong and fit by the time you are done! By the end of most sequences your abs will be burning and in most cases you will also be heavily sweating working on cardio for weight loss. There will be some days where we focus on slow and controlled movements that will work more on stability and strength, while others will be higher intensity and burn more calories. So it will be all included!

  • Trust me, Vrynda and Pedro will make sure you are never bored through the 30 days ;) if anything in the last 3-4 weeks you will enjoy it a bit more since you won’t be dying as much in the sequences and you can then laugh at our bad jokes
